Landingsdata (org. no. 937 613 628) is the data controller for personal data collected through the service. Contact us at kontakt@landingsdata.no.

2. What Personal Data We Collect

When you sign in via Google or Microsoft, we receive the following information:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Identifier from the sign-in service (SSO ID)

We do not collect additional personal data and do not track your activity on the platform.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your personal data to:

  • Create and manage your user account
  • Provide you access to the platform
  • Protect the service against misuse

The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) — processing necessary for the performance of the service agreement, and Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest for security and abuse prevention.

4. Cookies

We use a functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your language preference, which requires no consent. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics — which sets analytics cookies — to measure aggregated, anonymized traffic. Analytics load only after you accept, and you can decline at any time. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data.

5. Third Parties and Data Processors

We use the following third parties to deliver the service:

  • Google Cloud Platform — hosting and database
  • Google/Microsoft — authentication via SSO

Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Retention and Deletion

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at kontakt@landingsdata.no.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification of inaccurate data
  • Deletion of your data
  • Data portability
  • Object to processing

To exercise your rights, contact us at kontakt@landingsdata.no. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.no.

8. Security

We protect your personal data with:

  • Encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS)
  • Access-controlled database
  • Secure token-based authentication (JWT)

9. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or a notice in the service.
