Terms of Service

1. About the Service

Landingsdata is a platform that aggregates and presents publicly available fishery data from the Norwegian Directorate of Fisheries. The data is available under the Norwegian Licence for Open Government Data (NLOD).

2. Access and User Account

Access to Landingsdata requires an approved user account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if these terms are violated.

3. Use of Data

The data presented in Landingsdata is public and made available by the Norwegian Directorate of Fisheries. When reusing or publishing the data, the source must be credited: "Source: Norwegian Directorate of Fisheries". Commercial use of Landingsdata's aggregated data and analyses requires a written agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Not systematically extract data (scraping) beyond normal use
• Not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Not redistribute data without proper source attribution
• Use the service in accordance with Norwegian law

5. Limitation of Liability

Data is provided "as is" from public sources. Landingsdata does not guarantee completeness or accuracy and is not liable for decisions made based on information from the platform.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
