Northern prawn landings – week 39, 2026

In week 39 (21–27 September 2026), 1,253 tonnes of northern prawn were landed in Norway – 170% more than the same week last year. Of this, 85 tonnes were fresh or iced and 1,168 tonnes were frozen at sea. Through week 39, 45,389 tonnes have been landed this year, 14% less than the same weeks of 2025. All figures are round (live) weight, i.e. the weight of the whole catch.
